The villa is conveniently situated for the 'Magic' of Walt Disney World (Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, MGM Studios and Animal Kingdom), which are just a short 20 minutes drive away. Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Sea World and all the other fantastic attractions are just a little further away.

For all your shopping needs, we are about 2 minutes away from a 24-hour Wal-Mart superstore, and around 2 minutes from a Publix supermarket. Lake Davenport is 30 minutes drive from Orlando International airport and about one hour’s drive from Sanford airport. Approximately one hour’s drive to the East is Kennedy Space Centre with Daytona Beach being further North up the coast. Ninety minutes drive to the south is Tampa Bay, Busch Gardens and the beautiful beaches of the Gulf coast, with its 178 mile stretch of bays, lagoons and islands.
