BOOKING OUR LAKE DAVENPORT VILLA

The cost of Lake Davenport Villa includes all State and Federal taxes. The rates below are per week but do not include the cost of heating the pool. We offer a 5% discount for three-week bookings.

May to September and all school holidays (Half Term, Easter, Summer Holidays, Christmas/New Year) .£575 per week

January to April and October to December ....£500 per week

Should you require the pool to be heated, then this will be charged at £75 per week or £11 per day. The cost of the villa is per week (not per person) and includes all taxes. The only additional optional extra is for pool heating.

As it will accommodate 12 persons in comfort, the more in your party, the cheaper the cost per person. Typically, without pool heating, the cost per person (for 12 staying) for a week is only £48 for May to September or just £42 at other times, which is astounding value.

If you require an early or late season booking, please give us a call to discuss as we do have special offers available from time to time.

BOOKING THE VILLA. If you do decide to book with us, please telephone us on 01726-61866 (outside the UK 44-1726-61866) so that we can confirm that the dates you require are available. At the time of booking, a non-refundable deposit of £200 is required. The balance of the rental becomes due 8 weeks before departure, together with a refundable security deposit of £100. The security deposit will be returned to you within 14 days of completion of your holiday, providing all keys are returned and our Management company report no loss or damage.

The following methods of payment are accepted: Sterling cheques and also Visa/Mastercard (through Paypal.com).
