WELCOME TO LAKE DAVENPORT VILLA
Our regular guests particularly value the charm and warmth only achievable with a family run concern such as our Lake Davenport villa. Where holidays are concerned, our villa has been designed with families in mind. Our house is a five-star, superior, detached, family villa with high vaulted ceilings to give that feeling of space and opulence. It is fully equipped to the highest standards.
All rooms (except for bathrooms and kitchen) are fully carpeted for that extra comfort. It has full air conditioning and its own private swimming pool with plenty of terrace space in which to sunbathe. The villa is fully licensed and registered in the State of Florida and conforms to all legal and safety requirements including smoke alarms, fire extinguisher, patio door-alarms (this is to ensure that children cannot enter the pool area without supervision). The villa is also wheelchair friendly on ground floor with a twin bedroom and bathroom.
The villa has 5 large bedrooms and will comfortably accommodate 12 people in luxury, plus an infant in the cot/crib. There is a master bedroom with full en-suite facilities, a second bedroom with queen size bed and 3 other bedrooms each with two single beds. We provide, free of charge, a cot (crib) and highchair for our smaller guests and a buggy. A full compliment of linen is provided, although we would ask you to supply your own cot linen. There is also a family bathroom, making our home ideal for two families sharing.
